SPR# FSCT4LF7S2 - This fix prevents a "File does not exist" error when editing recovery information if mobile directory catalog is enabled.

Problem:
This will occur if the Administrator's User Preferences points to a Mobile
Directory Catalog in the 'Local Address Books' section of 'Mail and News'.
Remove the Directory Catalog and it will send the recovery id, as expected.Supporting Information:
This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.
